Hi, First you need to goto support.dell.com and under product support click on system configuration. Enter the service tag of your system and it will show you the original configuration of your system. Wireless card details should be there.
I would also recommend to click on the tab that reads current system confuguration, it gives you the details of all devices present in the computer currently. Check and make sure if the Wireless card is the same as in original configuration. Depending upon the result download the driver and install it. It will work.
