This tailoring takes place prior to the development being fully designed and constructed to maximise the benefit of its application. New in 2018 - BREEAM 2018 New Construction In 2018 BRE have released a new version to their methodology, the changes in some case are minor, but in others, more understanding and awareness is needed.
