Clone trooper armors shouldn't be made with pepakura + resin + bondo. I guarantee you that you'll spend more money, time and effort scratchbuilding an armor than purchasing a plastic kit. Do it at your own risk. You may want to visit, Sergiotron is making a complete armor with cardboard with no pepakura files but good eye and cutting skills. You are some files but they are not accurate. They can be used as a good start though.
